its mostly additional security review. A friend of mine was in similar situation, took about 6-8 weeks for him to get a visa.... but unfortunately client wasn't ready to wait that longer.....

I have a couple questions:confused: -
1) Can I file EAD/AP now; I applied 485 on July 3 (no receipt number yet, but application received by USCIS)?
2) What all docs are required for filing EAD & AP? I want to file it myself.

No one from EB3 category posting their success story of geting a GC recently. What does that mean, VB PD is just foolling us and making you to go crazy.
Its like Titanic ship, everyone wants to get a boat. Unless you fight to get a boat you will not get. We are treated the way how Titanic treated to its 3rd class passengers.
Bring a chair on your back, talk to your wife,freinds, relativs, parents and child. "Whether sending a letter for good cause will harm you". Everyone will say no. Then why are you waiting.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My h1b status (and I94) is valid till 20 Feb 2010. Few days back I have applied for my h1b extention on PP after completing 4 years 6 months. My I140 got rejected couple of months back and I appealed on it, It is on pending now. Basically i am looking for an options if my h1b extention gets denied , can i appeal for h1b extention and get h1b extention based my I140 appeal. Are there any other ways to continue to work in usa? or Do I need to leave usa immediatly? if yes with in how many days?
Greatly appreciated your help regarding this. Please kindly help me regarding this.

I am kind of confused. For UK visitors visa after I fill in the application forms do I need to go to a center to do my biometric. I am opting to submit the forms in person at the chicago center ...is the biometrics thing will be done during the submission at chicago..?

It's an interesting image with an odd contrast: the curly branches and stuff almost look evil, but the concrete path looks civil and inviting. ;)
