    Agree with Anders about the crop.....but the beans are tack sharp and the shot is excellent.

    When you get your 20D, suggest you take the same shot (unless you will have already used the beans) with your new gear and make a comparison.

    Depends on what is written in your LC job requirements. If it is either Masters or BS + 5 yrs of experience, then - yes, you can file I140 in EB2.

    Otherwise, you will have to file a new labor.

    haha nice man. a few things though

    1) i don't like how the sort of "radiation" coming from his face stops abruptly
    2) it looks like you were going to put "1.00" but forgot the ".", it has a weird spacing

    Dear All,

    Today i read that their is a new law prohibiting the employers from filling multiple applications for the same employee.

    I have applied with 2 companies,as an employee , i have two different employers, who will file application for me.

    Is it against the current law or ?
    Pls help me asap , so that i can stop atleast one of the employer , if needed to file the application.

    I'm a little confused about my options in starting my H1 extension process and applying for my wife's H4 application.
    Here is my current status :
    6 yr H1-B period is ending on Dec 22, 2009. I'm getting married in India in October and will apply for my wife's H4 immediately after. Here are my questions :

    1. Will there be any problem with my wife's H4 application if there are just 2 months of validity left on my H1 visa?
    2. I could potentially start my H1 extension process now. I'm eligible for a 3 year extension since the Priority date of Jan 3, 2006, on my EB2 application is not current. If I was to start my extension process now, my approval may not happen before October and my lawyer there may be some problems if I travel outside the country on a pending H1 application. Should I apply for my H1 extension now or after I come back to the US in November?
    3. If I was to apply for H1 extension in Nov and don't get an approval by the time of my current H1 expiry in December, will I be out of status?

    I've just received an RFE for my I-485. I am feeling incredibly disheartened because I thought I'd done everything right and I am struggling not being able to work or travel... I have a seriously ill family member back home, and my husband and I have an understanding that if anything happens I'm getting on the plane no matter what. I'm just praying I get my AP soon so the "no matter what" doesn't have to mean abandoning our home and life here in the US.

    Yes, even primary applicant can work on EAD & 1099. But in case RFE is issued for EVL the primary applicant should have permanent full time position.

    I've worked on EAD & 1099 during job switch phase.
