Very nice photos, I like the reflections and the wing positions. You could clone out the poop if you want to.
I use extension tubes on my 500/4 as well as the 100-400 to reduce the near focusing limit. If you can get close enough it's a great way of increasing the magnification (and filling the frame more).
The pictures below were taken with 500/4 + 1.4x + 36mm tube

The icons can all be found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Phone\v7.0\Icons
You can just drag and drop the icon you want into Blend or explicitly add it via the Projects panel :)
Your question on connecting to an XML data source is interesting because there are several ways of doing this. One approach is by using Linq and just parsing the output.

Hi,
My husband and my EAD and AP renewal time is approaching. We were thinking to do it ourselves but we don't know how to do it.
Could you please guide us in self filing?
a) Is there E- renewals? What about photographs for such renewals?
b) What documents are required for renewing?
c) Where can we find information regarding EAD and AP renewals?

Ask for the copies and doctor will give copies of all reports.

I have not even used my EAD. I expect it to be related to Birth certificate as i didn't have original and submitted affidavit etc. But not sure may be something else too.
My lawyer had applied for EB2 in I-140 but approval came for EB3. then they reapplied and next approval came for EB2. May be that.
Just guessing as that's the only thing i can do now.
One intresting thing i think my case might have got picked is we applied for my husband's EAD and after that have seen soft LUDs on our cases. may be just coincidence.
what about biometrics? Did you have the issue of biometrics not being attached to file like most other nsc_csc_nsc people?

I doubt you will be able to get in...
I went for stamping in Canadan and before they even interviewed me they invalidated my visas by stamping them.
So the old visas don't remain valid so you won't be able to get in if your visa is rejected.

Did the office say that you are granted visa and the passport will be mailed. I know in Mumbai consulate, you can collect the stamped-passport the same evening.
NewDelhi consulate will have an email address, email them and check. otherwise if you are there in the city visit the consulate and enquire.
Just my thoughts.All the best.
THe process has changed the passport are now delivered the next day between 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Mumbai consulate no longer delivers the passport the same day of interview.

:) when you are in India, you are NOT on H1B status.
So there is nothing to stop you to work from home in India, for 5 months or 5 years :)
The paystubs during this period is also irrelevant to USCIS regarding proof of maintaining H1 status, since you were NOT. What they care at your re-entry in H1B will be existence of valid employment in USA at that time, and proof regarding this.
So you can apply for H1 extension, get it approved, go to India, work from there for any length, return to USA based on your H1B (it has to be valid when you return, plus you may need a valid visa stamp in your passport). There are no issues.
But be careful if you have a pending 485 petition. Long stays outside of USA can be interpreted as lack of immigration intent. You better have a good explanation if you stay outside of USA for lengthier periods, with 485 pending.

I have one more question? When I spoke with USCIS and opened the inquiry in dec 2010. why did they come up with " RFE resposne not received till todate?" Do you think thye just checked the online status and responded back. My lawyer says that they spoke with someone at Texas service center and they told them that they have received the response. My H1B and my wife's H4 visa were recently renewed for 3 additonal years. We also got new visas stamped in our passport valid for 3 years based on these H1B & H4 renewals.
Now I am planning to change jobs and will be applying for H1B transfer. My questions are:
- do I need to submit an application for transfer (new I797) for my wife's H4 visa
- can my wife travel out of US and then back into US on her current H4 visa while my H1B transfer application is being processed by INS.

First there is no concept of H1 Transfer. Your new employer applies for a new H1. You will not be counted towards the quota. The h4 is a derivative of your H1 and will need to be applied along with your h1 visa. It is fraud to use the old visa if you no longer work for that company and USCIS is very strict. If you are caught you will sent back at the poe and your H1 and her H4 will be cancelled and you guys will be in trouble. You will hear a lot of cok and bull my friend stories about how ppl have gotten through. The systems at the poe are no longer as primitive as you think and any discrepancy will result in denial of entry into the us. Contact a lawyer before doing any thing related to immigration. Hope this helps.

If you have not yet received any RFE, you are a lucky person and your I-485 application has been filed perfectly. As per USCIS announcements, they have almost completed (99.99%) review of all pending AOS cases and pre-adjudicated most of them. I will presume that your case has been pre-adjudicated and all set to go Green whenever visa number is available.
One way to find out whether your case been pre-adjudicated is to call USCIS thro POJ method and talk to a IO (not customer service person) and they will be able to tell you.
