I've been using 3dsmax for a year or so...
I mostly do only images like that.
Making characters and animating them is my weak side (I can't do high-quality or smooth things because my computer stops responding (3dsmax is just a little too much for my compu))

I think CORE and all active members should shut this website down right now and let all the non paying members feel the misery without this site...
That's why we need paid website, so info can be passed to only paid members who are really serious about these issues

i think any form of protest will get u arrested.. rally is a diff thing... ppl have to realise all these immigration benefits are a privilege and not a right... its just so plain unlucky that so many of us with Master's Degree were forced to file in EB3.
Change of government is the only way. Bottom line is no one cares about us... cos we dont have a vote, we play the taxes, we pay SS/Medicare.. they know we will be here until we are forcefully pushed out....

There should be a way to mention the no of Green Cards applied for in a family. I could vote as EB2 . but in my family I applied for 3. this count also should be captured right?

Re. Check caching - just FYI, now-a-days, they copy the check, convert it to EFT and destroy the original so getting case number from copy may not work.
Also do I write A# on back of photos or something else? Any idea if there are restrictions for using pen or pencil or such?

I did not get the case number from the hard copy but the electronic copy which I can access from my online account information.
I did write my husbands A# on the back of the photo in pencil if I remember rightly but just so that it did not push through the imprint on the photo itself.
Believe in yourself. I filed both mine and my spouse's adjustment of status packet myself and we have our green cards without any requests for evidence. If you have read the instructions and followed them, filled all the blank spaces in on the form and supplied all the other documents etc that are needed you are doing fine. If the USCIS needs anything else they will ask for it.

There is a clause saying that you need to be in status for last 180 days since your last entry to US. And since u are in good status for past 180 days u r good. Consult a lawyer on this as well, but I think u may eb fine

Have you put a last date for cashing, on your check?? I just want to know how to do it?
Anyway why did you put this Aug 17th as the last day in your check? It looks like you have some extraordinary vision on things....

No, experience from current company does not count.
If you have a masters, and the job requires one, it doesn't matter how much experience you have.
From Department of State (http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1323.html)
There are two subgroups within this category:
Professionals holding an advanced degree (beyond a baccalaureate degree), or a baccalaureate degree and at least five years progressive experience in the profession; and
Persons with exceptional ability in the arts, sciences, or business. Exceptional ability means having a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered within the field.

Hasn't he given many speeches like this before as well? I mean he has been giving speeches on immigration since 2004 yet nothing has happened so far. He addressed it on State of the Union speech, prime-time speech from the oval office, and countless other occasions but what has been the end result - NOTHING. I wouldn't keep my hopes very high just because Bush said so. It�s all up to the congress now.

If you can you should move up to EB2.
Even if it is file your spouse's I-485, what moving up means is you both can be free out of this mess.
There is no guarantee with PD dates for EB3-India moving to Dec 2001. It has not touched that date ever since retrogression was introduced. Go figure. BTW, USCIS still thinks there are thousands and thousands of apps filed before Dec 2001.

The PD for my GC application is Dec 10, 2001. I filed under EB3 category and my chargeability is India. Going by the backlog that we are currently experiencing for EB3, is it worth filing for an upgrade of the GC application from EB3 to EB2 based purely on timelines for both EB3 and EB2?

I hate the fact, we let ourselves be discussed amongst the ILLEGAL immigration pool. We are not here illegally, there is no reason we should call this "GC for sale". We are helping the govt. by not just words but with our $$$.
We are here legally , paying taxes, paying rents etc. This fee is meant to speed up processing. No other terminology should be used at IV. Let anti-immigrants talk what they want.
Please remember, at any point there are always opposing forces at work. For those anti-immigrants I have no time or energy to ponder on there xenophobic reservations.
Lets not forget, America was and continues to prosper because of hardworking and honest immigrants..

My observation... based on i140 application
My case was sent to NSC and it remained in NSC, however applications of 5 colleagues of mine got transfered to TSC... and another 3 remained at NSC
There seems to be a pattern on how they transfer cases from NSC to TSC based on last name (this is totally based on a very small specimen)... posting it here to know if it holds any water
Last name starting with A, C, E, G, I, K..... transfered to TSC
Last name starting with B, D, F, H, J, L..... stayed at NSC
any comments? again this is only based on my observation on a very small # of cases

A friend of mine has got 221G from the New Delhi consulate. He works directly for the company there is no client involved here. The consulate has requested the details of every single employee of the company along with their immigration status. My friend is trying to get that information from the employer.
